Ready to use for all types of canned food, it can be mixed with both meat and fish. This is the perfect complement to season any dish. You just need to fry the meat of fish (rabbit, pork, lamb, meatballs, snails, monkfish, red mullet…) and then add it, together with water and salt, and simmer it slowly until it reaches your preferred thickness.
